Terms of service

These terms apply to listaify.com and everything on it. Listaify is operated by blv.group ("we"). By using the site, signing in or paying, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

1. The catalogue

The catalogue is free to read. Every fact on a place's page comes from that place's own pages and shows the day we read them, but places change their prices and rules without telling anyone, so check the place itself before you rely on a fact. We are not connected with the places we list unless a page says Partner or Sponsored, and no place can pay for a verdict, a fact or a position. You may reuse the data under CC BY 4.0 with a link back, as described on How we check.

2. Accounts

You sign in with an emailed link or with Google. Keep access to that email address to yourself: whoever can read it can sign in. The owner of a team decides who joins it and is responsible for how the team uses the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why.

3. Plans and payment

Plans and their prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars. A plan is for one year and is paid up front by card (through Stripe), in crypto (through NOWPayments) or against an invoice. Plans do not renew by themselves: we remind you before the year ends, and renewing the same plan adds a year to it. A bigger plan starts a new year on the day you pay. Taxes are added where the law requires them.

4. Refunds

Ask within 7 days of paying and before your first nightly report, and we refund the payment in full. After that the year is yours and the rest of it is not refunded, unless the law where you live says otherwise. Card payments are refunded to the card. Crypto payments are refunded in USDT or USDC to an address you give us, less the network fee. Write to [email protected] with the order number.

5. Submissions on your behalf

The submit robot and the done-for-you service work only when you turn them on or order them. They send your app's details to the places you chose, under each place's own terms. Each place decides for itself whether to list your app, so we cannot promise a listing, a link, traffic or a ranking. Launches and posts a founder must run personally (such as Product Hunt and communities) are outside both. You confirm that you may submit everything you give us and that it is accurate.

6. Your content

What you add stays yours. You allow us to store and process it to run the service, to show it to your team, and to send it to the places you choose. Do not use Listaify for products or content that are unlawful, deceptive, malicious, infringing or sexually explicit; we may refuse or stop the service for them.

7. Places we list

If you run a place, you can manage its page. Partner status comes from our badge on your site or from a paid year, and it never changes the facts, the verdict or the order of any list. We look at what you add to a partner page before it goes live and may remove anything that breaks these terms. A paid partner year follows the same payment and refund terms as a plan.

8. Fair use

Do not attack, overload or try to break into the site, abuse its forms, or send spam through it. The public data files (places.json, llms.txt) are there to be reused; scraping that slows the site down is not.

9. Other services

The places we list, Stripe, NOWPayments and Google have their own terms, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for what another service does.

10. What we are responsible for

We work hard to keep the catalogue right and the service running, but we provide it as it is, without promising that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

11. Ending

You can stop using Listaify at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can end the service for an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Data is then handled as the privacy policy describes.

12. Changes and law

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too; account holders hear about important changes by email before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is registered, without affecting the rights consumers have under the law where they live.
